*this guide are for basic ice cream only. We add flavor/colour and fruit/toppings as per flavor requirement.

Vegetarians
All our products are suitable for vegetarians as apart from fresh double cream we use no other animal fats or derivatives in our production processes. As our range of ice cream includes double cream, it will not be suitable for vegans, however our sorbets contain no cream or milk, so will be suitable to vegans.

Halal
All our products are based on vegetable origin, and free from alcohol.

Eggs
None of our ice creams or sorbets contain eggs. Our sponge cakes contain eggs which are used in Mariya's chocolate tortes only.

Nuts
Some of our products contain nuts e.g. Pistachio, Almond, Cashew, Hazelnut etc for toppings. In ice cream, please read the ingredients list. Whilst we do not use nuts or nut products unless stated we cannot guarantee that there will be no nut traces in other products.

Gluten
All our products are gluten free apart from Mariya's chocolate torte where we use biscuits as an ingredient.

Lactose
Some people are allergic to lactose, the natural sugar in double cream. Only our sorbets will be suitable for these customers.

Genetically Modified
Our products are not genetically modified.

Colours, Flavors
The majority of our products only contain natural colours and flavours.
