We pack your order using a special box which is insulated and filled with dry ice, that way we can assure you that your products reach you as if they have been just taken out of the freezer!

We use carefully selected couriers to ensure your ice cream arrives in both a timely and perfect condition, our logistic partner takes every care to carry out our commitment to quality and reliability.

As our courier company is closed over the weekends, no deliveries will be made on Saturdays and Sundays. So, a 'Next Business Day' delivery order made on Friday will not be delivered until the subsequent Monday.

If however you require your order to be delivered at a certain time the following charges will apply on top of normal charges (if they apply).
